Privacy & cookie notice

My Next Mosaic is an early-stage project operated by Fiona Caira. This notice explains what information is collected through this website and how it is used. Questions can be sent to mynextmosaic@gmail.com.

Information you provide

If you join the optional email list, we collect your name, email address, consent choice and confirmation status. We use this information only to send My Next Mosaic new pattern announcements, making tips and project updates. No signup is required to download the free dragonfly pattern.

Our legal basis

Pattern and project emails are sent with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

MailerLite and reCAPTCHA

MailerLite provides our signup form and stores our subscriber list. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from spam. When these tools are allowed, their providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. Their processing may take place outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Website and advertising measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides privacy-focused, aggregated information about visits from outside the European Union without using normal analytics cookies. Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) helps us understand whether an advert led to an early-access form submission. Microsoft advertising storage is denied by default and is granted only if you choose “Allow all optional tools”. If you choose “Signup tools only” or “Essential only”, advertising storage remains denied.

Cookies and local storage

The website stores your privacy choices on your device so we can remember them. MailerLite and reCAPTCHA load only after you allow the signup tools and may then use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure and measure the form. Microsoft Advertising receives your consent choice through Consent Mode. Choosing “Essential only” leaves the signup tools unloaded and advertising storage denied while the rest of the website remains available. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time.

How long we keep information

Subscriber details are retained while you subscribe to project emails or until you ask for deletion. Information may be retained for longer where required to demonstrate consent or comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. Contact us using the email address above. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We may update this notice as the project develops or as new services are introduced. The date at the top will show when it was last changed.
